Creative Director
Katy co-founded Mild Manor Media after honing her craft in New York City across editing, motion design, agency campaigns, and brand work. As Creative Director, she shapes the creative vision behind Mild Manor's projects, moving between national campaigns, motion branding, and larger integrated systems.
Outside Mild Manor, she continues to pursue documentary filmmaking, paints her dreams, and occasionally sews stuffed animals.

Executive Producer
Kevin co-founded Mild Manor Media after years as a freelance editor and motion designer in New York City, working with agencies, brands, and production companies. As Executive Producer, he leads projects from the first conversation through final delivery, figuring out what each one actually needs and bringing the right people together to make it happen.
He came to production sideways through music, and that instinct for rhythm, structure, and collaboration still shapes how he approaches both the work and the people making it.

Head of Production
Jesse is a Vermonter living in Maine. He spends his free time disc golfing, bird watching, biking and skiing. As the Head of Production at Mild Manor Media, he channels his love for nature and adventure into compelling visual storytelling. Jesse is known for his keen eye and being a bit of a swiss army knife on set, able to hop in and fill any role. He’s usually behind the camera except for that one time when he was a hand model for a mattress advertisement. He recently developed a fear of spiders and takes his coffee with a splash of maple syrup and oat milk. He may also sing on set.

Lead Editor
Daniele leads post-production at Mild Manor from ingest through final delivery, handling the hundred invisible details that keep a post pipeline running smoothly.
Originally from Italy, Daniele has made Maine his home for nearly a decade and remains convinced he'll eventually learn to enjoy shoveling snow. Away from the edit, he's usually researching cinematography and lighting techniques, baking Neapolitan pizza, pulling a great espresso, or hanging out with his cats.
